Here's the full scope of what our Preston, ID technicians handle, from routine calls to the ones other companies pass on.
Phone triage happens before a truck ever leaves the lot: gas odor, smoke, or a tripped breaker with a burning smell all move straight to the front of the queue. Technicians assigned to emergency Emergency Ac Repair response carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.
From a single failed capacitor to a full system replacement, our Preston, ID residential crews handle central air, ductless mini-splits, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps. We size new installations with a real load calculation instead of matching the old unit's tonnage on a guess. Technicians assigned to residential Emergency Ac Repair service carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.
Rooftop packaged units, multi-zone office buildings, and light commercial refrigeration-adjacent systems across Preston, ID fall inside our commercial scope. Leaky, undersized, or disconnected ductwork can waste a meaningful share of a system's output before conditioned air ever reaches a vent — we test static pressure rather than sealing blind. Airflow balancing and damper correction address uneven room temperatures that a thermostat adjustment alone never fixes. Technicians assigned to indoor air quality & ductwork carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.
Heat pumps fail differently than standard AC or furnace systems, and our Preston, ID techs are specifically trained on reversing valves, defrost boards, and auxiliary heat strips. Ductless heat pump systems, indoor head units and outdoor condensers alike, are within scope for our Preston, ID specialty crews. Technicians assigned to heat pump & specialty system service carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.
Every maintenance visit follows the same documented multi-point checklist, with actual readings recorded rather than a signed-off form and nothing else. Filter type and rating are matched to your specific equipment rather than a generic one-size recommendation. Technicians assigned to preventive maintenance plans carry the specific parts and tools that job actually calls for.
